Warranty
1. Sending a Product For Warranty Repair:
We offer warranty to all of our GTD Audio products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you need warranty repair, please send it to our warranty repair center at the address below, along with the following:
- a copy of your sale receipt or other proof of purchase
- your return address
- your phone number
If the product is covered within the warranty period, it will be repaired by our technicians at no cost within one week after the receipt. If the repair is deemed not to be covered under the manufactory's warranty, we will contact you to discuss the options and cost of repair.
2. What we do not cover.
The warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, and accidental damage. For these issues, we would charge repair services.
